The process is very simple, HR department usually announces the internship every 6 months and those students who are interested, contact the HR department and then they are invited for an interview along with their CVs, it encourages students to make a nice CV plus an opportunity to appear in an interview. HR department assign duties to the interns in different department as per their own personnel interest and educational background.
