Bakhtar University

I am pleased to serve as the chancellor and welcome you to the Bakhtar University. This private university was founded in 2005 with mission to generate knowledge, develop education and spread education on the basis of scientific knowledge of this time in our country. My task is to apply leadership and management strategies that reflect integrity, quality and transparency in education, research, innovation and technology. Our most precious commodity is you, our students and all we're trying to do is to support the growth of your personality in the field of education, humanity and the ability to successfully enter the work process after graduation. The Bakhtar University has been on the path of delivering quality education by developing the young human resources with ethical and moral values, while boosting their leadership qualities and innovative skills. Our five-year strategic plan will be the map that guides us to provide the best education possible for students. The three strategic priorities for 2019-2023 are to provide quality education at all levels of study, which with its attractiveness, will help to increase the interest in studying at Bakthar University, as well as the interest of employers in Bakhtar University graduates. Secondly, to streamline the university's management and administrative structures to ensure efficient management, logical technical interconnection of individual structures and a professional working environment for employees and students of the University. And finally to develop new cooperation and partnerships at the level of universities and state institutions. I appreciate the day-to-day efforts of management, staff and students to push the boundaries of education, science and research further and further by introducing new technologies, improving the quality of study and motivating them to become exceptional at work and study at Bakhtar University. We will be able to fulfil these goals and together successfully reach the top through joint efforts and hard work.
