I am pleased to serve as the chancellor and welcome you to the Bakhtar University. This private university was founded in 2005 with mission to protect knowledge, develop education and spread education on the basis of scientific knowledge of this time in our country. My task is to apply leadership and management strategies that reflect integrity, quality and transparency in education, research, innovation and technology. Our most precious commodity is you, our students and all we're trying to do is to support the growth of your personality in the field of education, humanity and the ability to successfully enter the work process after graduation.
